Bracket and Mount Fitment and Compatibility

Brackets and mounts are machine-series specific because they are defined by the holes they bolt into rather than by the part they carry. Common replacements include the rubber isolator mount replacing OEM 6648646, the cab mount replacing OEM 7001052, the mounts replacing OEM 6719064, 6691268, 6684641, and 7196605, the bracket replacing OEM 7165806, the hose bracket for excavators replacing OEM 7483093, the plate bracket for VersaHandlers replacing OEM 7445231, the auxiliary plate for excavators replacing OEM 7310788, the drawbars for excavators replacing OEM 7134748 and 7134751, and the floor holder replacing OEM 7133226.

Cab mounts are worth understanding before you order anything else on this page. They are rubber isolators carrying the operator station on the frame, and they collapse gradually rather than break. As they settle, the whole cab sits lower and slightly out of square, and the first symptom is usually a door that no longer latches cleanly or a window that binds in its rail. Very few people connect a sticking door to a mount underneath the cab, and replacing door hardware will not fix it.

Types of Replacement Brackets and Mounts

Isolator mounts separate a vibrating or heavy assembly from the structure carrying it. They are rubber bonded to metal, and heat, oil, and ultraviolet all age the rubber, so they degrade on a timeline rather than failing at an event.

Structural brackets and plates carry attachments, guards, and auxiliary hardware. Hose and line brackets hold hydraulic and fuel lines on their intended route, and a bracket that has cracked or gone missing lets a line move somewhere it was never meant to sit. Drawbars and holders provide towing and stowage points and take shock loading in normal use.

When ordering, count the mounting holes and check their pattern against the parts diagram. Brackets across a model range are frequently the same shape with a different hole pattern, which is not something a photograph will settle.
