Lever Fitment and Compatibility

Levers are handed parts, so left and right versions are not interchangeable, and the OEM number carries the hand along with the generation. Types of Replacement Levers

Attachment mounting levers lock and release the quick-attach system, and each manufacturer names them differently: Bob-Tach on Bobcat, Fast-Tach on John Deere, quick attach on Case and New Holland. They take the most abuse of any lever on the machine because they are operated with a boot as often as a hand. Throttle levers control engine speed on mechanically governed machines. Emergency exit levers release the rear window or door, and they are an inspection item as much as a convenience.

Lever kits usually bundle the lever with its pins, springs, and retaining hardware, which is the sensible way to buy since the wear is rarely confined to the lever itself.
