The Bobcat E42 is part of the R2-series generation of mini excavators. The conventional tail swing design provides greater counterweight for stability during lifting operations, making it well-suited for heavy digging and material handling. It bridges the size gap between the three-ton class E35 and the five-ton class E50.
When ordering parts, verify your serial number. The E42 shares many components with the E45 from the same generation, as well as some parts with the E35 and legacy 341 models.
