Parts Compatibility for Develon Crawler Excavators

Develon crawler excavators carry the DX name with the operating weight class in the number and an LC suffix for the long carriage: the DX140LC, DX180LC, DX225LC, DX255LC, DX300LC, DX340LC and DX380LC. Each has gone through several generations marked -3, -5 and -7, and earlier machines carry the Doosan or Daewoo Solar name. Filters and service parts often change between generations of the same size, so the full model with its generation number matters.

Common Replacement Parts for Develon Crawler Excavators

Engine and hydraulic filtration is the core service set on a crawler excavator: fuel filters and water separators, engine air filters, engine oil filters and hydraulic return and pilot filters. Common replacements include the fuel and water separator filters that replace Develon 400508-00178 and 400508-00118. On later Tier 4 machines the DEF filter is also a service item, and the DEF filter that replaces Develon 400406-01303 is a common replacement.
