Kubota's garden tractor lineup spanned the T Series, the TG Series, and the G Series. The G Series (G1800, G1900, G2000) ran in the same era as the early TG and was Kubota's smaller frame garden tractor option, with -S suffix variants indicating spec / region differences from the base machine.
These machines all use small Kubota three cylinder diesel engines from the same families that power the BX sub compact tractors, the F Series front mowers, and the smaller ZD zero turn mowers. That overlap means many service parts for the engine, the fuel system, and the cooling system cross between a TG1860 garden tractor, an F2560E front mower, and a ZD18 zero turn. Deck and chassis service parts are model specific and will not cross outside the garden tractor family.
