This Privacy Policy explains how Parts Online ("we", "us") collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit partsonline.com, place an order, or contact us.

  • Payment information: payments are processed by our payment providers. We don't store your full card number.
  • Information collected automatically: your device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, searches, and how you use our site, collected through cookies, pixels and similar tools. Some of these tools record how visitors move through our pages so we can improve the site.
  • Calls and messages: when you call or text us, our phone service provider records call details and messages. Calls may be answered by an automated assistant, and call summaries or transcripts may be stored.
  • Reviews: if you leave a product review, we collect your review and the name you provide.

How We Use Your Information

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You'll still receive emails about your orders.
