Harness Fitment and Compatibility

Almost everything on this page is a function-specific harness rather than a complete machine loom. Each one exists to add or restore a single circuit, and it is matched by that function and by the machine series. If you are adding a feature rather than repairing one, check what the machine already has before ordering. Machines are frequently built with the main-side wiring in place and the connector capped behind a panel, so the part actually needed is the accessory-side adapter or jumper rather than a full harness. Ordering the larger part first is the common and expensive mistake here.

Types of Replacement Harnesses

Lighting harnesses feed work lights, cab lights, beacons, and strobes, and they are among the most retrofitted circuits on any machine. Accessory and function harnesses carry two-speed drive, horns, washer pumps, and warning systems. Adapter and jumper harnesses bridge between an existing machine connector and a component with a different plug, which is what makes a later or aftermarket accessory work on an earlier machine.

Harness faults are not distributed evenly along the loom. They concentrate at exactly two places: where the harness crosses a pivot and flexes every time the machine moves, and where it passes through a hole in a panel. Inspect those two spots first, and where a harness has already worn through at a panel, fit a grommet with the repair or the new harness meets the same edge.
