The Bobcat S590 has been in production since 2013 as part of the mid-frame M-series lineup. It uses the vertical lift arm geometry that makes it well-suited for truck loading and material handling at height. The S590 shares the updated cab design, pressurized door seal, and revised hydraulic controls found across all current M-series loaders.
When ordering parts, check your serial number on the product page. The S590 shares most components with the S550 and S570, but later production units may have revised electrical or hydraulic parts.
Door glass (7120401) and the pressurized door seal (7281063) are among the most frequently replaced parts on the S590. The Bob-Tach lever kits (6724776M left, 6724775M right) are popular for operators who need to replace worn or damaged quick-attach controls.
Maintenance items include the belt tensioner (6735884), drive belt (7257359), fuel filter with water separator (6667352), and engine oil filter (6675517). Most of these parts are interchangeable with the S550, S570, and S630.
