Bucket Teeth Fitment and Compatibility

Bucket teeth mount to the cutting edge of your bucket through a shank, and the tooth style must match the shank system already welded to your bucket. Common replacements fit Bobcat skid steer and compact track loader buckets, including the standard tooth that replaces OEM 6737325 and the chisel point tooth that replaces OEM 1550017. Flex pin style teeth, like the replacement for OEM 6737326, secure with a rubber locking pin instead of a roll pin and are common on newer Bobcat dirt and combination buckets.

Before ordering, check whether your bucket uses a bolt-on or weld-on shank and measure the shank width where the tooth seats. Teeth wear symmetrically in normal digging, so replacing a full set at once keeps the cutting edge even and protects the bucket lip from wearing into the base metal.

Types of Replacement Bucket Teeth

Standard dirt teeth are the general purpose choice for digging in mixed soil and are the most common style on skid steer buckets. Chisel point teeth concentrate breakout force into a narrower tip for penetrating packed clay, frozen ground, and shale. Flex pin teeth use a rubber-cushioned pin that dampens shock loads and speeds up field replacement, since the pin drives out with a hammer and punch.

Matching hardware matters as much as the tooth itself. Roll pins and flex pins are wear items, and reusing a worn pin is the most common reason a new tooth comes loose. Pins and pin kits for these teeth are available in the pins collection, and a full set is the usual way to order them.
